Beauty can't get more natural than the Beauty of Nature!

Have you ever stopped for a few minutes and take in a bit of the beauty all around you? like really look at it.. Just taking a slow stroll around the garden or a calm walk in the park can really relax you. Maybe you're a bit stressed out and need a simple reminder of the beauty in life. Sometimes we take the little things in life for granted but we can always see the beauty if we really want to and not just look at all the bad things. I want you to do this for me.. The next time you go somewhere I want you to see the world differently, through eyes that can see the beauty in this world!

Now I'm not really a makeup girl.. I mean, I shiver at the thought of wearing a full face of makeup under our Caribbean sun but recently I've found myself eyeing each and every lipstick post on blogs and most lipsticks in stores. Why my sudden obsession with lipstick?
I think it stems with me trying to improve, 'grow up' and change my look a bit. I'm 17 now and as much as I'd like to stay young forever I'm slowly (finally as some of my friends would say) going through that part of puberty.
I'm a shy girl.. I admit that but the first time I wore makeup in public (which was like a month ago) I was really nervous. I couldn't stop thinking that people were looking at me and silently judging me in their head but as I made my way to school I (eventually) realised that no one cared. Everyone went about their business like usual and not one person gave me a weird look. At that moment something clicked and suddenly I was really confident with myself. That day made me realise that I'm no longer in high school and no one is really gonna talk behind my back as gives a shit how I look and I can finally explore the possibilities without judgement. (yes I know there's still a lot of judgement in the real world but not like high school!)
This then started my lipstick craze lol. I don't really know why I choose lipstick (maybe I like the look) but lipstick is my new obsession this 2015. Maybe I'll get over it, maybe I won't but as long as I'm happy I honestly don't give a shit what everyone else thinks.

In My Mind I see a future where my family isn't struggling.. I see a future where I succeed and make a name for my brand doing what I love doing the most.  Is it so bad to dream a good dream for yourself? or am I only to wish other people happy and not expect anything for myself.. or let's rephrase. Is it good to look out for yourself only and not care about anyone else. Sometimes this world that we live in forces us to become heartless. It forces us to only watch out only for our well being and no one else, this is so because they feed us these lies claiming that the world is hard and no one will care about you but if we decide to care about others and treat them with equal respect then the world would no longer be labeled 'hard and cruel', humans were the one who made it this way and we are the one who can change that. But I'm sure there were once other people thinking the same and I'm probably dreaming an old dream but I think we can change our lives by being a bit nicer to others.. treat them how you would like to be treated. If we do this we might not change the world entirely but we might just change our lives and the ones we inspire don't you think?
